Three of the office members visited Atlas Copco, after some troubles to find the office. David Goetschalckx and Winson D Devlin greeted us with enthusiasm and presented a well extensive presentation of Atlas Copco for the Asia region and the complete Atlas Copo Group.
After a night full of laughs, cries, gasps and a lot of chips, chocolate and candy, everyone was amazed by the hard life of the Swedes in the olden days. Also, the guests were content with the acting quality and the scenery presented in the movie. Thanks for attending!
NCTU students were invited to the office to try the delicious Swedish pastry. To have a “fika” is a really important thing in Sweden, so naturally we had to have one at the office. Everyone was welcome to come and mingle, drink some coffe/tea/juice and taste our cinnamon buns!
Chalmers International Taiwan Office invited the local Taiwanese students to try the Swedish sport floorball. To round up the opening day, students who had not gotten enough were invited to learn how to play floorball in the NCTU gymnasium. During that evening there was a lot of sweat, many goals and a lot of fun!
Chalmers International Taiwan Office invited the local Taiwanese students to learn about Sweden and the Chalmers experience. Swedish food was served and enjoyed by everyone. The mid-day event had happenings like an introductory speech, presentations from NCTU students who had been to Chalmers, a presentation from CITO and a lot of mingling! The office was filled with people and there was a lot of excitement.
Swedish Trade Council Taiwan, together with Swedish Chamber of Commerce and CIECA, hosted the 28th annual meeting to strengthen the business partnerships between Taiwan and Sweden.
Professor Karin Andersson, PhD Francesco Baldi and Selma Bengtsson visited CITO’ss office to hear about the office function and about NCTU.
For the second time, CITO invited the future NCTU exchange students going to Chalmers for a get-together. The purpose was that the new CITO staff could meet the NCTU Europe students and at the same time exchange information about Taiwan and Sweden.
