Today, the 13th of May, Elin Almbacke and Catharina Beckman visited Business Sweden in Shanghai. We were honoured to meet with Van Hoang, market unit manager for east and west China and also a former member of Chalmers International Taiwan Office.
Business Sweden is an organization that strengthen Sweden as an attractive business partner. They facilitates for Swedish companies to establish and expand their businesses internationally. They also help foreign actors to invest in Sweden. Business Sweden is a merge between Swedish Trade Council and Invest Sweden and has been present on the Chinese market since 1994. Today Business Sweden has 5 offices in China; Shanghai, Beijing, Chengdu, Guangzhou and Hongkong. The organization has around 80 offices worldwide in more than 60 countries. The Shanghai office is the biggest of them all, managed by 30 employees.
